My roommate Regan has been making these roasted veggies in the oven and they literally taste like they are from a restaurant. It is cute when she makes these because she always says that she doesn’t know if they go together and just kind of wings it and then they turn out so perfect and delicious. I didn’t really start experiencing with cooking until this year because if I don’t have a recipe I have no clue what to mix together. I try to make simple things like chicken and then I always run outside with a smoking pan and it’s pretty embarrassing. I also live in a building with a bunch of people so I get paranoid about setting off the fire alarm and then everyone would have to run outside. When we made these we did find out that the herbs catch on fire and had to take those out. The best part about these is that they are so pretty and make me feel healthy because I am eating so many colorful things that grew from the Earth.
