#11 Sushi

I am so proud of this sushi because it was a process and took me a couple tries because I didn’t understand I needed to stop using so much rice. It also made me appreciate sushi chefs because I had no idea what flavours I wanted to mix together and I feel like they always have unique combinations. Whenever I eat sushi its a risk because I had an allergic reaction to a rainbow roll one time and got tested and they said I was allergic to shrimp on a blood test but not the skin test (which they said was more accurate). I have an epi-pen so I have tested it and determined that I am not allergic to shrimp. I also ate a ham sandwich at Jimmy Johns one time and I had an allergic reaction so I feel like it can’t be the shrimp. I have found that this mysterious allergy may make me anxious, but it has made me creative about what I think I should or should not eat.
